Our legal expenses insurance cover will protect your business from a wide range of costs incurred during legal proceedings. This typically covers: employee disputes, contract disputes and property disputes.

Criminal prosecution defence will cover you for certain aspects relating to the Health and Safety Act 1974 or the Food safety Act 1990.

Also included in the cover are legal expenses incurred in defending proceedings from data protection claims and professional costs incurred during Inland Revenue investigations. Costs incurred to represent VAT disputes are insured for certain proceedings.

We will indemnify you up to £50,000 for a single claim and up to £500,000 for all claims and legal proceedings made during the period of insurance.
