Surgeries and clinics are open to many types of litigation from the general public. The role of public liability insurance is to legally protect you in the event of a claim being made by a third party.

Our public liability insurance protects your business against all legal costs and expenses incurred. Our standard cover provides up to £2 million of cover as standard. This can be raised to £5 million with an increased premium, should you require the extra protection.

Our public liability insurance even covers for personal liability incurred whilst abroad on business.

An additional feature that is specifically for surgeries and clinics issuing medication is 'Liability due to dispensing'. The cover is for errors made in dispensing medication and drugs. The optional cover provides £100,000 of cover in the event of a claim.
